In 2003, Cowikee Lodge created the "Youth Arrowman of the Year" and "Adult Arrowman of the Year" awards to honor those Arrowmen who truly exemplify the sprit of the Order of the Arrow.  The awards are presented annually at the lodge recognition banquet.
