When an Ordeal
member of the Order of the Arrow has truly made the principles
of the OA part of their life, they are ready to complete their
induction into the Order by “sealing their membership” in the OA
by becoming Brotherhood members.
Brotherhood
membership is sought by Arrowmen seeking to reaffirm their
belief in the high purposes of the order. Before becoming
a Brotherhood member each Arrowman makes a special effort to
serve his troop or team. Each Brotherhood member commits
to even more service to Scouting through the Order.
Becoming a
Brotherhood member of the Order marks the completion of a
member’s induction into the Order of the Arrow.
