After completing the eligibility requirements and being elected by his Troop or team members, a Scout is formally recognized as a candidate.  The candidate will then participate in an Ordeal weekend at Scout camp.  Upon successful completion of the Ordeal weekend, the candidate is declared an Ordeal member and is entitled to all the rights and privileges of membership in the Order.

Cowikee Lodge offers two Ordeal opportunities per year, one in April, and the other in late August.  Candidates must pre-register to attend an Ordeal weekend with the Council Service Center using the form provided below.
