• Conduct Internet Rechartering for ALL Commissioners.
• Send out notices to all units about Internet Rechartering training at Oct. Roundtables.

OCT. 20th

• Conduct Internet Rechartering for Unit Leaders at Roundatables.
• Determine which units want to recharter electronically.

NOV.

• Begin charter partner visits and sign charter partner agreements for January units.
• Disseminate January recharter kits with access codes at Roundtables.
• Email biweekly Commissioner Status Report to Commissioners.

DEC.

• Open recharter access window for January Units.
• January units begin data entry process.
• Email biweekly Commissioner Status report.
• Conduct "early bird" charter turn-in for January units during last weekend. District representatives from each district will be present.

MARCH

• Close recharter access window for January units at month-end.

JUNE

• Close recharter access window for April units at month-end.
